Stability
One monthly rate covers your room, utilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen, and laundry, so you know what to plan for.

A house manager does weekly room checks, and cameras inside and outside help keep everyone safe.

Who we serve
Adults who live on their own and want good company nearby
Grace Point is not assisted living. Residents handle their own daily care, and the house gives them a stable place to do it.
We welcome
- Adults age 55 and older
- Veterans
- Adults with disabilities who can care for themselves
- People receiving SSDI or SSI
- People with a steady income
Residents are able to
- Manage their own medications
- Feed themselves
- Bathe themselves
- Use the restroom independently
No on-site nurses. Grace Point does not provide medical or personal care. Social workers and discharge nurses who are looking for a placement for a client are welcome to call us.

Every room rate covers the same things, so there are no surprise bills for utilities or Wi-Fi.

Two residents share the room. Bathroom access is in the house.

Grace Point is in the Oak Court area of Orlando. A few shared standards keep the home peaceful for everyone who lives there.

Start with a short intake form
The form takes about five minutes. Grace Point reviews each one and calls you with a decision. You can also fill it out with a social worker, a discharge nurse, or a family member.
